                                     TENDERS FOR CATERING SERVICES AT IPA POLO HUT

1.       Tenders are invited for weekend catering Services at the Polo Hut of the Indian Polo Association (IPA) located at Jaipur polo ground (inside Delhi Race Course) New Delhi with opportunities for branding collaboration.

2.       The IPA has a designated space in the Jaipur Polo ground, Delhi, that can be utilised for the following :-

             (a)      Hoarding:  A large hoarding will be displayed throughout the Polo season, positioned beside the scoreboard to display the product/ Services of the Vendor at the venue.

             (b)      Standees:  Branding standees will be set up at key locations for maximum visibility.

3.       You can use the Logo at the prominent places such as the approach road to the Jaipur Polo Ground. The logo can also be printed on the invites send out by the Association to various dignitaries for IPA events.

4.       Deliverables From Vendor: We would be requiring following deliverables from the vendor against the above branding space and opportunities:-

5.       Basic catering, for approximately 70-80 guests at the Polo Hut for matches on Saturday and Sunday of every week (subject to maximum of 8 days in a month) of the IPA and 10 guests of the vendor.

6.       This contract will be valid for 36 months. Either party may terminate this understanding on mutual agreements without any reason thereof with a notice of 3 months.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

               (a)      Only services provider lactated in Delhi / NCR are allowed to participate.

               (b)      Physical tenders shall be submitted to Indian Polo Association office.

               (c)      Canvassing in any form will make the tenderer liable for rejection.

              (d)      The Polo Hut will be suitably upgraded NCNC basis to the IPA.

              (e)      The vendor will also be responsible for upgrading and maintenance of washrooms located near the Polo Hut.

7.       We look forward to our collaboration and a memorable polo season ahead.

8.       Tender will be upload on 27/01/2025 and will be valid till 02/02/02025 all the interested parties should submit their application before 5 PM on or before the last day of 02/02/2025 at Indian Polo Association office.
